Please select your appointment type from cosmetic or clinical. The time of the appointment is an estimate, it depends on each individual case. After booking you must receive an email with appointment details, if you don't see your confirmation email in your inbox please verify your junk or spam mail.

This appointment will not be covered by health insurance. Thus, by continuing you are agreeing to cover the cost of the appointment.

APPOINTMENTS: Appointments aren't transferable.  Deposit is not refundable. If for any reason your appointment is canceled by our office, you will receive a full refund.
